Law office Ph.D. Ana Holjar was founded in February 2006 and is situated in the center of Rijeka, pedestrian zone, in Korzo 4.

Law office Ph.D. Ana Holjar has intensive professional acitivity for representing Croatian and foreign clients in areas of commercial law, companies law, contractual law, foreclosure law, maritime law, labour law, cadastral law and  real estate law. There are one attorney at law and two trainees employed at the legal office.

The office collaborates with other attorneys at law and legal offices. There is a special collaboration with Legal office Željko Žuža from Zadar, but also with Law firm  Cirkveni and partners and with  Attorney at law Ph.D. Neven Cirkveni from Zagreb with whom the office has special collaboration in questions regarding commercial law and representing clients in the whole territory of Croatia.

The office collaborates also with foreign attorneys at law in Republic of Austria, with attorney at law Peter Solt and  Law firm Benn-Ibler from Vienna, with Law firm Šelih & partners from Ljubljana,while on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina office collaborates with attorney at law Zdravko Rajić from Mostar.
